Pre-k thru Grade 11 Portraits 2024-2025 

Thank you for allowing us to photograph your student, we know you will love this year's portrait!!!

Your child's portrait proof will be made available 3-4 business days online for viewing and ordering. A link will be emailed to you from Imagequix, our online hosting partner, via your school supplied email address.

Please read the welcome message when you first log in as it will have important information for you. To receive the best pricing and delivery in bulk to school with all orders, please place your order by the deadline ordering date. Any orders placed after the ordering deadline are handled individually and are priced higher and will drop ship directly from our lab to your home for a set shipping fee.

If you did not receive an email with your students portrait proof, please check your spam folder as the embedded link may have caused your email provider to flag it.

If you still have not received your email, please email info@photographybyroman.net letting us know and please provide your students name, grade, and school and we will check the address we have on file and promptly re-email the link to you!!!

If you missed photo day, or just are not happy with your portrait, please look for a retake/makeup day at your school 3-4 weeks after the initial photo day. There is no charge to be photographed if you where absent on photo day but we do require a $10.00 retake fee at the camera to offset the associated production costs as well as creating the new ID Card that we provide to your student. All of the services we provide to your student and school are complimentary, your school does not pay us for any services we provide thru out the year. We accept cash or credit card at the camera for the retake fee.
