Here's what to do after your session:

We hope you had a wonderful session and we know you will love your images!!! In 3-4 business days, your Senior Portrait images will be available online for viewing, Yearbook Pose selecting, and Portrait Package ordering. You should receive a link via email and or text to put you right into your images as soon as they are live or scan the QR code we gave you at your session.

These images or "proofs" are very close to being finished as they are cropped to the final size. Your formal poses are cropped to specific yearbook pose guidelines that keeps your schools yearbook very consistent. These online proofs are NOT retouched however and color may not be exact as our lab does a final color correction on your portrait order.

Your Portrait Package that you purchase includes basic facial retouching at no charge but you MUST SELECT the basic retouch option for it to be applied as well as any other additional retouching options such as teeth whitening, etc.  Things we cannot digitally do: iron or fix your outfit, Fix ties or add buttons, remove stubble, or fix unruly hair. We find 99.9% of Portrait Packages purchased are from the Yearbook Pose. This is one of the reasons that we have you select your pose AND order your package within 2 weeks. All of the retouching for your package will then transfer over to your selected Yearbook Pose. If you choose a pose for your yearbook selection and do not order a package from it, you can purchase retouching just for the yearbook pose.

 

Selecting Yearbook Pose:

To select your yearbook pose, choose "YEARBOOK" in the menu bar. Select your pose and press "confirm". Please note......you will NOT receive any type of confirmation....it's so simple of a process that most parents ask if they did it correctly. Also you should be aware that we at the Studio do not see your selection nor do we get any kind of notification either. Your selection remains saved in our servers until it is time for us to produce what is necessary for your Yearbook Publisher. If you are unsure that you did it correctly, please repeat the process. Also please note....the favorites button (heart) we do not see that only you, it is NOT used for yearbook selection. All Yearbook poses will be submitted to your yearbook publisher on our formal yearbook background.

 

Ordering Portraits:

All Portrait Package ordering takes place thru our web site. Log in thru our site by following the link emailed to you or via the QR code we gave you at the session. Click the Buy Photo button under the pose you would like to purchase. Please check thru our packages offered, as well as backgrounds and keep in mind packages are always your best bet. The per unit price goes down as the packages get larger. Please be sure to select the correct background you would like to purchase as we cannot change it after you place your order!!!!

PLEASE NOTE: Senior Portraits Packages are a CUSTOM PRODUCT as well as an investment that we know you will cherish for a lifetime. Once ordered, we cannot offer refunds or returns.....it is a custom product that we cannot re-sell to another family. We encourage you to contact us with any and all of your questions BEFORE you place the order. 

Your finished portrait package typically ships out from our lab in 2-4 weeks.

 

Digital Files:

Your portraits will not be on our servers forever!!! we only guarantee that they will be available for your school year...please consider what you may need as senior year gets closer to graduation time. Colleges have been asking for digital files. We suggest you study the package price list and check out our instant downloads, some of which are available at no extra charge with certain packages, and order them with your package for the best price!!! Instant download files do not include retouching. Also, be sure to download the file immediately after purchase as the link does expire!!

  • Portraits may be ordered at any time during the school year as your Senior Portrait proofs will be on our servers until graduation. Once they are archived we require a deposit to be placed toward your order to have them re-uploaded and we cannot guarantee the package pricing.
  • Retake policy: We do want you to be absolutely happy with your portraits if however you do require a retake, we ask that you schedule a new appointment asap and we do require the session fee again. Depending on your school and their deadline with us, there could be an additional fee involved to rush production for the Yearbook Pose.
